Money Orders, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept money orders, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your order as soon as it becomes available. In other words, we do not have candles sitting on shelves waiting to be ordered ␣ they are all made as they are ordered. We will make your candle(s) as soon as possible after your order is received and payment clears. If we have the fragrance you ordered in stock, we will make your candle the same day we receive your order. Please note: even if the candle is made the same day the order is received, it cannot be shipped that day. order to ensure your candle is of the utmost quality, it has to go through a process called “curing”.  That process can take up to three days. As soon as your candle is “cured” we will ship it out to you!  We will ship your candles to you as soon as they are ready to ship. However, sometimes it happens that a fragrance may be out of stock. If we have to order a fragrance in order to make your candle, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel your order at that time.

Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please consult each site’s privacy policy. Tomslitehouse Soy Candles is not responsible for the actions of third parties.

Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Please email us immediately if you have a problem with an order you receive from us and we will be happy to assist you.
However, if you purchase a candle from us, burn it until it is just about empty, please don’t contact us and tell us that you’d like to return that candle for a refund! We can only accept returns of unlit candles, or candles that have been lit only once.
Please note: Tomslitehouse Soy Candles cannot be responsible for the return shipping costs of a product.

Shipping Policy
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
We’re always happy to delivery orders to our clients that live in our general area – just contact us and we can make arrangements to deliver your order!
Also, our clients are welcome to drop off their orders at our home – just keep in mind, we don’t have a store – this is our home – ALWAYS call before you attempt to “visit” us.  This is our home – and, we’re not always here!

Taxes
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Jersey only. If, for some reason, you are charged tax and your order is not being shipped to New Jersey, the money you paid for tax will be immediately refunded to you!

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
